1. About Airwallex

All purchases made through TheBlueprints.co are processed securely via Airwallex, our payment provider. As the Merchant of Record, Airwallex handles all billing, invoicing, and tax compliance. You’ll see Airwallex on your billing statement.

2. Digital Services & Refund Eligibility

We provide SEO and link-building services, including but not limited to:

• Guest post placements
  
  
• Link insertions
  
  
• Digital PR
  
  
• HARO outreach
  
  
• White-label campaigns
  
  

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, once work has commenced (e.g., outreach initiated or link secured), refunds are not available, except where legally required.

3. Refunds May Be Considered Only If:

• Work has not yet started on the service you purchased.
  
  
• There is a clear service error on our part (e.g., link placed on a completely irrelevant or pre-rejected site).
  
  
• You notify us of an issue within 14 days of purchase (in accordance with Airwallex’s buyer protection policy for EU/UK customers).
  
  

To request a refund, you must contact us via email at sales@theblueprints.co with your order number and a brief explanation.

4. EU & UK Consumer Rights (GDPR + UK GDPR)

If you’re located in the EU or UK, you may have the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not yet started. By choosing to begin the service immediately, you waive this right under the “right to cancel” clause in consumer protection laws.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

• All approved refunds are issued by Airwallex or PayPal, not TheBlueprints.co.
  
  
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  
  
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
  
  

6. Chargebacks

If you have concerns about a charge or refund, we encourage you to contact us first at sales@theblueprints.co or Airwallex at Airwallex Support. Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue may result in suspension of services and/or legal resolution.
