TheBlueprints.co (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides SEO and link-building services, including but not limited to guest posts, link insertions, digital PR, journalist outreach, and white-label campaigns. These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our site and services.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements.

3. Services

We offer customized link-building campaigns. All links are acquired via manual outreach and placed only on relevant, vetted websites.

Clients may pre-approve websites before placement when requested. Link placements are guaranteed for 12 months, unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to reject projects that violate our content policies (e.g., hate speech, illegal products, deceptive practices).

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments must be made in full upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  
• We accept payment via Wise, PayPal, bank transfer, Airwallex and Apple Pay.
  
  
• If a link is removed within the 12-month guarantee period, we will attempt to replace it at no extra cost.
  
  
• Refunds are applicable if a link is removed within 12-month guarantee period and we’re unable to find a similar replacement.
  
  

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, timely information for campaigns
  
  
• Respond to approval requests within reasonable timeframes
  
  
• Use the backlinks ethically and in accordance with your own website policies
  
  

Failure to cooperate may delay delivery times or affect campaign performance.

6. Delivery Timeline

Standard turnaround time is up to 14 business days, though timelines may vary based on niche, campaign type, and volume. You’ll receive updates throughout the process.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality. Any proprietary or sensitive information shared with us will be treated with care and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content we create for guest posts or outreach purposes remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheBlueprints.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or connected with your use of our services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion, particularly in cases of non-payment, abuse, or breach of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law
